“Melekouni” the traditional sweet of Rhodes. People used to offer it in the weddings and christenings to guests.These roasted sesame bars are
symbolic of a sweet life with many children.
Its different from the common sesame bars and this is due to its ingredients and its way of preparation. Melekouni becomes from honey and sesame, without useless calories.
