Masasoura restaurant is located in the village Maritsa of Rhodes. A few kilometres away from the centre of Rhodes town,a traditional building,which dates from 1932,has been the leader restaurant of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine for sixteen (16) whole years

The decoration of the place is inspired by the yearmning and the desire for creation of its hospitable owners.The continuous upgrading and the maintenance of the quality of the dishes have contributed to the quick breaking of the local society barrier so that Masasoura can be known even over the island's borders

In the warm interior,with seating capacity of fifty (50) people,the wonderful tastes are accompanied by the good service,good quality music and local as well as international wine labels

In summer the setting is transfered to the cool yard,with seating capacity of sixty (60) people and with a view to the centre of a village full of liveliness

In a fully equipped and renavated kitchen,the production and the carrying out of the recipes are done with excellent ingredients dominated by local cooking oil,vegetables and meat which are all absolutely harmonized with both traditional and modern gastronomic demands of Greek and European people
